I started running at age 36. Some ways I'm labeled: Divorced mom of 2; Ultrarunner; Trail Runner; Back of the Pack; Hot Yoga Practitioner; FT worker bee. I'm also an Ambassador for Skirt Sports, Zensah, Boco Gear and Honey Stinger. I am a former Ragnar Ambassador, and a member of Kelly Roberts' #badassladygang and #sportsbrasquad. Bottom line: I'm trying to do my part to re-shape what strong and fit are portrayed as. I'm supportive of all levels of athletes, all body types, and all genders, non-conforming or otherwise. The only people who truly hold us back our ourselves; once we overcome that hurdle and find supportive tribes, setting goals and achieving them becomes possible. I thoroughly recommend taking the muddiest path possible. Inspiration through action.
